What We Do

OJL produces a number of publications drawing our research and the activities of our global network of partners and project directors. Our premier  publication is Work & Place, which in 2014 is now being actively sponsored and distributed by IFMA to its 20,000+ members globally.

Several of us write blog posts on an irregular basis; periodically we produce a newsletter, and occasionally we write and publish technical papers and thought pieces. All are designed to enhance the practice of work, workplace, and workforce management.

For more information about our publications, and access to most of them, click on this link.

On-Demand Research

We also conduct on-demand research, either major or minor, for a variety of sponsoring organizations. Over the past three years we have conducted two significant global projects in collaboration with RICS, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

We can also provide on-demand access to OJL directors, regional partners, and other research staff for short-term inquiries. We will conduct both original and secondary research to provide answers or insights to questions as they are raised.

If you need a set of case studies, a broad survey of global organisations, or specific data about workplaces, facilities, or strategic alignment issues, please contact us to discuss our capabilities (and our fees if you are not already an active Sponsor).
